Process

1. Explore your options

Have a look at our website to gather ideas for your project. With so many options available, we can make almost anything possible!

2 - Tell us about your project

When you are ready to discuss your project, you can complete the contact form on our website and a team member will contact you at a time that is convenient. Or simply give us a call. Items that we will discuss are project type, project location, your goals for the project and answers to any questions you may have. Lastly, we will set up a date and time to meet at your project location to understand some of the finer points of your project vision.

3 - On-site meeting

During the in-person, on-site meeting, a team member will work with you and your family to understand specific project details. Items include the exact location, size, and shape of your pool project, coping material, decking material, landscaping, and much more. This is also a perfect time for any questions you may have. Our knowledgeable team will spend as much time educating you on the process as you need. Soon after this meeting, we will present you with a design plan, a quote, and an expected start and completion timeframe for your project.

4 - Preparation

Upon approval of the design and quote, we will order all necessary materials. Permitting and any HOA requirements or notifications will be made.

5 - The Fun Part

The fun part, the construction phase! The size and scope of your project will affect construction duration. Our team will communicate throughout the entire process to ensure you and your family are well-informed. We understand how important your project is to you, and we are here to meet or exceed your expectations.

6 - Wrap-up

Wrap up. Upon project completion, we will make sure you understand the functions of your pool and equipment. We will walk the project with you to ensure that your expectations have been met or exceeded.
